The hotel is lovely,smells beautiful bathrooms are super clean , the bed was amazingly comfortable the check in/out was very smooth. I’m already booking my next stay!

I gave the Haven another chance and I’m glad I did. They worked to resolve issues I had in a prior stay. I enjoyed biking around Montauk on their complimentary bikes and the pool was open for a quick dip on a uniquely warm May day. I would stay here again after my most recent experience.
