Was having an issue with a very slow, snail paced, website and Emil K responded with a speedy reply to say that it had all been fixed and also provided information about how the problem was resolved.

Terminated the hosting service while charging my credit card by saying they could not. But infact they did charge my cc and still terminated the service. They did not contact me to let me know they are suspending nor terminating. They just did it to a static service and terminated and deleted it.
Reply to Fastcomet: No email has been received, and you were not willing to send again a proof of sent mail or a copy of the email. And you kept charging my CC till and including May 10th on a monthly basis even according to the new MRC (less than 2 USD difference – this is the amount you claim to suspend and terminate the account for). So, no, you terminated my account with no reason.
