Volunteer Opportunities

Join us as a volunteer! As a crucial pillar of our Foundation, volunteers play a pivotal role in advancing our mission to empower the lives and futures of Silicon Valley Latinos.

Together, we create a supportive environment that fosters growth and uplifts the Latino community.

Mentor the next generation of Latinos in STEM

By joining us in our Conexiones Program, you’ll help us towards our goal of connecting Latinos in Technology Scholarship recipients with Silicon Valley STEM professionals, fostering mentorship for professional development.

The program involves monthly virtual sessions over five months aim to strengthen resumes, interview skills, and SMART goal-setting.

Help us close the gender gap in STEM

The primary goal of the Girls Who Code Clubs is to empower and inspire 4th- 8th-grade Latinas by learning how to code and explore STEM fields. Facilitators are trained college students and advocates, particularly women of color, who spark students’ everlasting curiosity for STEM and foster sisterhood.

(Prior coding experience is NOT required.)

Become a part of our biggest fundraising event of the year!

Volunteering at the Hispanic Foundation Ball is a great way to support our mission. This annual gala is our most significant funding source, and volunteers like you make this night a success.

Various roles are available—from event setup to greeters. Your time and dedication support our educational programs and mission.
