More Latinos in the Board Room

Currently, fewer than 3% of Latinos serve on nonprofit boards in Silicon Valley. We see that as an urgent call to action. Our Latino Board Leadership Academy recruits, trains and guides Latinos to serve on local boards—an essential step to ensuring that invaluable and underrepresented voices are heard.
