Here are step-by-step instructions for installing and configuring the Freshchat-TikTok Shop Chat channel integration: 1) Authorize the service: The very first thing you should do is authorize the app in your TikTok Shop Seller Center Account. Only after authorizing the app in Tiktok Shop Account you should install it in the Freshchat Account. 2) Sign up or log in to Freshchat: Login in to your Freshchat account. If you are new to Freshchat, follow the instructions to create a new account. 3) Install the Freshchat- TikTok Shop Chat integration app: After login, navigate to the Freshchat marketplace, select the Tiktok Shop Channel App, and fill in the required credentials & details. 4) Fill in the Freshchat domain name and API token: Navigate to the "Admin settings" page and then "Personal Settings" > "API Settings". This will allow you to specify which channel the integration will use to communicate with customers. 7) Save the configuration: After filling in all the required details, click on "Save" to complete the configuration process. That's it! Your Freshchat-TikTok Shop Chat Channel integration is now configured and ready to use. You can start using the integration to communicate with your TikTok customers. NOTE: If you have uninstalled your app from your Freshchat Account and planning on reinstalling, always reauthorize your app or service from your Tiktok Shop Account and only then reinstall it in your Freshchat Account.
