If I could give a thousand stars, this would be the review! We are first time homebuyers and I couldn’t have asked for a better loan officer. From communication, to knowledge, and urgency, Marijane was excellent! We had a tricky situation while attempting to close on a foreclosure and she held our hand through the whole thing, bringing up all kinds of concerns we didn’t even think of. She truly has YOUR best interest in mind and cares that you are happy and informed about your purchase. Her team is also just as wonderful. When a family matter came up, her colleagues stepped right in and didn’t skip a beat. Buying a home is a big deal, and numbers matter big time. She explained everything we needed to know so we could make confident choices in our loan. Not to mention, when we switched houses last minute, she was able to pull off our closing in two weeks. I can't recommend Linda and her team enough! TLDR: amazing customer service, best rate quote we received, great in every way! I reached out to Linda after our offer was accepted just to check and see if we were getting the best rate. Jackie reached out immediately and started helping me, Linda called me FROM EUROPE WHILE ON VACATION just to make sure she had a chance to talk with us. With 30 days to close, they beat every other quote, seamlessly helped us through the whole process, and closed with zero issues. Linda has even promised to help us review any future financing offers to see if she can be at them and explain any details. If she can't beat it, she will tell you it's a better deal. The best part for us as first time homebuyers was that I could ask any questions whenever I needed and someone from her team would get right back to me. No question felt to dumb to ask, and she ensured we understood everything. Financing a home can be intimidating, especially your first time, and they made everything so much less stressful.
