Meet astrophysicist Dr. Marc Kuchner, hear about his new book, Cosmic Collisions: Asteroid vs. Comet, and get creative with a hands-on art and science activity. This program is geared towards ages 5-12, but all are welcome.

This event is presented in collaboration with MIT Kids Press, an imprint of Candlewick Press, and the MIT Press Bookstore.

Young readers rejoice! Free copies of Cosmic Collisions: Asteroid vs. Comet will be distributed at the event, while supplies last. Please choose “Free Ticket + Book” to reserve your copy, limited to one per household.

L.E.A.P. stands for Learn, Explore, and Play! These programs are geared towards kids and families. All minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Responsible adults, please keep a close eye on your kids.
