Here's where to find 3 Elden Ring DLC paintings and where they lead.

The Paintings in Elden Ring's Shadow of the Erdtree DLC are special items that show the location of important treasures. They work in exactly the same way as they did in Elden Ring's base game, and by visiting the landscapes shown in each of the 3 Paintings in Shadow of the Erdtree, you'll be able to claim a special reward to help you on your journey through the Shadow Realm.

These reward locations only reveal themselves once you've collected the corresponding painting, however, so you'll need to track down each painting first beforehand. Below, we'll tell you where to find all 3 Paintings in Elden Ring's DLC, where they lead you and what reward you'll get at the end of it.

The Sacred Tower painting location

  • Where to find it: In Gravesite Plain, inside a cave northeast of the Scorched Ruins.
  • Depicted location: A view of Enir-Ilim (once you've burned the sealing tree at the end of the Ancient Ruins of Rauh after defeating Romina, Saint of the Bud), as painted from a cliff south-west of the Northern Nameless Mausoleum in Scadu Altus, which can only be reached by unlocking the Sealed Spiritspring in Rauh Base near the Temple Town Ruins and Rauh Map fragment stele.
  • Reward: 'Spiraltree Seal', a Sacred Seal armament with a unique Incant Scaling stat of 127.

Incursion painting location

  • Where to find it: Inside the Artist's Shack in Gravesite Plain, north of the Site of Grace 'Cliffroad Terminus'. You can only access this part of Gravesite Plain by travelling down the hidden cliff road from the Site of Grace 'Main Gate Cross'.
  • Depicted location: A view of the ridge leading from Belurat, Tower Settlement to Enir Ilim, which you can view from the south-west corner of the lake where the Ghostflame Dragon resides in Gravesite Plain. It's almost directly west from the Site of Grace 'Greatbridge, North'.
  • Reward: 'Serpent Crest Shield', a medium shield that excels at guarding against fire and is said to have been made to commemorate the beginnings of the crusade started by Messmer, son of Marika.

Domain of Dragons painting location

  • Where to find it: Inside the Shadow Keep in Scadu Atlas, before you get to the Storehouse tower. After defeating the Golden Hippopotamus, work your way through the Shadow Keep's western wing, and when you reach a large staircase leading up to the Storehouse, carry on straight to the eastern side of the rampart. Once you've dealt with the demi-humans in the area, you'll see a ladder next to the corpse with the Silver-Pickled Fowl Foot you can loot. Climb down and go behind the waterfall. There you'll find another ladder, and the painting is in a storeroom inside.
  • Depicted location: A view from one of the cliffs in Jagged Peak, after you fight the Ancient Dragon Senessax (though you can skip this fight and run past it if you just want to get to the painting), and before you get to Bayle the Dread at the top of the volcano. The nearest Site of Grace is 'Jagged Peak Mountainside'.
  • Reward: 'Rock Heart'.
