Ordering online was simple and installation occurred 3 days later.
A G-240-G external ONT was already present at my residence, and after a bit of discussion, a higher-up approved the installation of the BGW320 instead of the older BGW210 residential gateway.
Fiber's consistency and uptime is naturally hard to beat. Customer service, though, is another story.
