This document governs your use of the software application "DroidCam" [1], "DroidCamX" [2], "DroidCam OBS" [3], and "DroidCam iOS" [4] for mobile devices, corresponding companion software ("PC Clients"), other related components and written material, available on the Google Play Store, the Apple App Store, the dev47apps.com and droidcam.app websites (collectively "Application").
1. The Application does not collect any personal information.
2. The Application enables audio and video data to be streamed directly to connected client programs,
and you are fully responsible for all information contained within the audio and video streams.
In most cases, these audio and video streams are contained within your local network and not accessible externally.
Enabling external access requires manual steps and should be done at users own risk.
Opt Out:
You can erase data stored by the Application by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available on your system.
Some data, like saved JPG still frames or configuration files may get left behind due to inconsistencies with the uninstall processes.
Automatic Data Collection and Advertising:
The Application may incorporate third party analytics tools to help understand how the Application is being used, such as the frequency and duration of usage.
The Application may incorporate third party advertisers and third party advertising networks, who need to know how you interact with advertising provided in
the Application which helps keep the cost of the Application low. Advertisers and advertising networks may collect additional information within the Application context,
including, but not limited to, the unique identification ID of your mobile device, anonymous information about other applications you've downloaded to your mobile device,
your non-precise location information, and other non-precise information in order to help analyze and serve anonymous targeted advertising on the Application and elsewhere.
Changes and Consent:
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for various reasons.
You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.

The Application is owned by Dev47Apps and is protected by copy-rights, moral rights, and other laws relating to the protection of intellectual property.
You are prohibited from:
(a) manipulating the Application, or the corresponding web pages by framing or other embed technology;
(b) reverse engineering, altering or modifying any part of the Application;
(c) circumventing, disabling or otherwise interfering with security-related and licensing features;
(d) having software installed that are known to circumvent security and licensing features of other apps using patching methods;
(e) having software installed that mimic the Google Play Store or the Apple app store with the intention of bypassing app security and licensing;
(f) selling, licensing, leasing, or in any way commercializing the Application without specific written authorization from Dev47Apps;
(g) distributing modified or unlicensed copied of the Application;
Notwithstanding any of these Terms, Dev47Apps reserves the right, without notice and in its sole discretion, to block your use of the Application.
Dev47Apps also reserves the right to incorporate additional checks into the Application which disable or otherwise block your use of the Application to enforce these terms.
Limitation of Liability and Warranty
The Application is distributed in the hope that it will be useful, but WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OR LIABILITY;
the Application is provided "AS IS" and the entire risk as to the quality and performance of the Application is with you.
IN NO EVENT SHALL DEV47APPS, ITS DIRECTORS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT,
SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES OF ANY KIND,
INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF PROFITS OR LOSS OF DATA, WHETHER IN AN ACTION IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO NEGLIGENCE) OR OTHERWISE,
ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE USE OF THE APPLICATION, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY DAMAGES CAUSED BY MISTAKES, OMISSIONS, INTERRUPTIONS,
DELETION OF FILES OR EMAIL, ERRORS, DEFECTS, VIRUSES, DELAYS IN OPERATION OR TRANSMISSION OR ANY FAILURE OF PERFORMANCE,
WHETHER OR NOT RESULTING FROM NATURAL DISATER, COMMUNICATIONS FAILURE, THEFT, DESTRUCTION OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO DEV47APPS' RECORDS, PROGRAMS OR SERVICES.
