    About

    This Yosukata 14" carbon steel wok is round-bottomed, smooth, and requires seasoning before use. The base of its handle is longer than most, gets hotter than the wood section of the handle, and may burn unwary cooks. It has an extra handle (which is bare metal, and so may get very hot), making it easier to handle when full.
