I will say, this podcast is a good one for the fam! Newer episodes aren't as interesting than old ones, and I don't really like the Two Whats!? And A Wow! episodes. They get kind of annoying. I love that they put lots of funny jokes to keep things as interesting as they can.

Finding a podcast that both adults and children can enjoy in equal measure is often a tall order. However, Wow in the World strikes just the right balance between educating listeners and being a ton of fun to listen to. In addition to its crisp audio, whimsical music, and top-notch voice talent, the show's silly characters -- including the fan-favorite pigeon Reggie -- and surprising, high-energy stories make it an easy podcast to recommend. In fact, these aspects set it apart from other, more straightforward science podcasts for kids.

Wow in the World feels more like a science-focused kid's sitcom. It emphasizes making the listening experience enjoyable and its scientific lessons are easy to digest. Children won't feel like they're learning until they're already invested in the characters' antics. The show's goal isn't to complete a lesson plan but to encourage kids' natural curiosity about the world around them. It certainly doesn't hurt that adults will likely find themselves chuckling and learning right alongside their little ones.
