Refund Policy
Workshops and Events
Canada Learning Code workshops and events are subject to the following refund policy:
Canada Learning Code reserves the right to cancel or reschedule workshops and events (virtual or in-person) due to severe weather conditions, insufficient registrants, venue issues, etc. In such cases, a full refund will be provided to the original payment method unless alternative arrangements are made by the registrant for transferrable tickets for another workshop/event.
Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event date, will receive a 100% refund.
Cancellations made within 3-6 days will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event will not receive a refund and will forgo their place at the event or workshop.
No refunds will be given for No Shows
If a registrant cannot attend the event or workshop, they may trade or sell their ticket(s) to someone else within 3 days of the workshop in question. Please notify info [at] canadalearningcode [dot] ca in the case of a transfer, so that we can be sure the new registrant is aware of the software requirements, if applicable.
Refund processing may take up to 5 business days.
Membership Fees
Memberships and subscriptions are subject to the following refund policy:
Membership fees are non-refundable. You can cancel your subscription anytime and retain the benefits until the billing period ends. Canceling your subscription means you will not be charged the following month. Any changes to subscriptions can be made directly by logging into your account or contacting info [at] canadalearningcode [dot] ca within 2 business days of your renewal date.
