9 Kid-Focused Podcasts That You’ll Actually Enjoy

You maybe riding the podcast bandwagon hard, but what about your kiddos? Podcasts are such a good way to let your kids use technology and expand their minds at the same time. Think about the advantages: They can listen any time and place, from car rides to waiting rooms. Your kids are using technology, which they think is cool, and you can feel good about granting them “screen” time. It’s a win-win. Listen along with them if you can — you’ll like them too! Plus, they’re great for talking about life lessons or breaking the ice with teens and sharing experiences from your past.

When choosing a good podcast, remember the length should be about twice your child’s age in minutes. That’s about as long as their attention span is for listening without visual stimulation. Scroll on for the podcasts you need to add to your queue.

Things are starting to get real for Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck. Though the couple reconnected in what feels like an IRL second chance rom-com moment, rumors continue to allege that there's trouble in paradise. It's heartbreaking for those of us who remember the sparks between them while watching Gigli the first time around

They're one of those celebrity couples we're rooting for, but there's no denying there's a shift in their marriage given that they're selling the home they lovingly searched for together. We're just not sure if this will be for better or worse — pun intended. Until they give an official statement, here's what we know about their dream home that's been on the market for a couple of weeks.

Are Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck really selling their house?

According to TMZ, sources have basically confirmed Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck are selling their dream Beverly Hills home. At the time they purchased it, the home was a whopping $60 million and the couple were eager to move in as reported by TMZ last year.

Given how much they've put into the home since living in it, Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck are reportedly selling it for $65 million. I'll be somewhere crying in my 2-bedroom apartment because I can't fathom finding my dream home only to put it back on the market in the midst of relationship troubles!

Have Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck found other homes to live in?

This is such an important question because InStylereported the couple hadn't been pictured together for over 40 days in May. My first thought was to assume it was because of their busy schedules, but time is proving that's not necessarily the case.

As of now, TMZ reports that Ben Affleck has moved out of their Beverly Hills home amidst all the rumors. The outlet also mentioned that J.Lo is searching for space to call her own too.

They've yet to actually address whether they're getting a definite divorce, but Entertainment Tonight spoke with a source that hinted at that being the last thing the couple wants to do. "They aren't done yet and want to fix things because they love each other, but they are also both unhappy," the source said.

I'm pretty sure we all have a favorite Gilmore Girls character. Whether you love Lorelai's spunk, Rory's drive, or you swoon over Tristan, we all agree that Stars Hollow's residents are very lovable. (My personal favorite character is Kirk because he is just too ridiculous NOT to love). Well, you're about to love them even more thanks to @creaition99, who used AI to turn characters like Lane, Luke, and Sookie into Disney cartoons! Keep scrolling to see your favorite character in a whole new way.

'Gilmore Girls' Characters As Disney Cartoons

An outfit inspired by Rory Gilmore's iconic Chilton uniform looks just as good as a cartoon as it does IRL.

Lorelai Gilmore looks polished and ready for anything during her day at the inn.

This cartoon perfectly captures Luke's personality — and the sarcastic yet lovable facial expression he always has at the diner. And you can't forget about the backwards cap!

Jess is always ready for an adventure (and maybe some trouble), and he's just as playful here as he is in the series.

Lane Kim is one of the best characters on Gilmore Girls and I love how this cartoon translates her spunk (and her love for a good sweater).

Speaking of unbeatable Gilmore Girls characters, Paris Geller really is THAT girl. She grows from bully to one of Rory's closest friends, and still has one of the best character arcs on TV.

Sookie St James, my hero! She adds the spunk that fuels the show, and is probably whipping up something delicious in the kitchen as we speak.

Richard Gilmore looks ready to tackle a business meeting, or to get lunch with Rory. This character is SO lovable, and is just sneaky enough to keep things fun.

Emily Gilmore never passes up the opportunity to dress to the nines, and apparently the same can be said for this Disney alternate reality.

Gilmore Girls (and the Dragonfly Inn) wouldn't be the same without Michel!

Love him or hate him, Dean is definitely a memorable part of Gilmore Girls — and Doose's Market. Plus, his relationship with Rory gave us my favorite line in the whole series: "I got kissed, and I shoplifted!"
