1 in 20 people have narcissistic personality disorder, but the number of people with narcissistic traits is likely much, much higher. Last time top psychiatrist Dr Tharaka was in the studio, he told us some of the ways we can spot and stop this kind of toxic behaviour in the people we know- his advice has been viewed more than 2 million times on social media.
