We use this along with several other ring cameras that encompass our property. This is one of the newer ones that we’ve added. It keeps great view of our other driveway, and part of the yard. It is very sensitive and super clear with the pictures and sound and video. We haven’t hooked up to Solar And it stays charged just under 100%, like 98%, even though we have all of the settings amped up to take the longest videos, the greatest sensitivity, etc., etc. Super easy to install. Just make sure that before you install it, you fully charge the battery overnight because the battery will not charge on its own Solar until it has one time been fully charged. Hope that makes sense.
