I recently started my health and fitness journey..I have two young sons so I get up at 430 to get to the gym around 5 to work out for an hour and 40 min-5 days a week.
I wanted something that would give me energy to get moving and start my day that early as well as take me through my workout and after...but not make me feel like my heart was going to beat out of my chest. I'd tried other pre-workouts a few years back that swore the same things and I ended up feeling anxious, grumpy and like I was going to die when the crash came post jitters. Not to mention those others tasted awful.
So I got on here one morning and found this. I got it and tried it and its DELICIOUS!
So the first day-I was nervous and didn't even use one full scoop bc I didn't want to get that weird feeling. I didn't! So increased a little each day from a scoop now i use 2 or 3 depending on my workout that ive got planned for that day. I've been using this daily for over a month and It's the first thing I look forward to when I roll out of bed to get up for the gym! I LOVE the taste of the blue raspberry. I just ordered my 2nd container bc I do not want to run out.
Here's the best part for me in addition to all the other benefits but my iced coffee was the one not so healthy thing (creamer) that i still indulged in every morning bc I needed it! I loved it and could not go without....now I don't need it and honestly I don't want it much.
I MAYBE only have one cup a week now. This 0 sugar pre workout has been an amazing addition to my workout and is able to carry me through my early workout and coming home to pack lunches and get my oldest son up and off to school as well as keeping uo with my 2 year old toddler! There is no crash. No jitters. Nothing bad. This is amazing and I hope that if you are worried about the same things I was- you can stop looking bc this is IT!!! I even got my sister in law hooked on it!!! Just put the cpl scoops or preferred amount in a mixer bottle shake and have an awesome workout and day!

I’m fairly new to preworkout and went with this one due to the sugar content and great reviews.
Let’s just say this pre workout powder has not disappoint me. I take 2 scoops with water along with a green veggie powder mix. And I am good to go.
Without the pre workout I normally last about a hour in the gym. But with the pre workout I can go for at least 2-2 1/2 hours. And I’m still able to rest after my workout. So although it does give me a boost of energy, it doesn’t affect my sleep or my ability to whine down after a few hours. I’m actually on my second container, that’s how impressed and satisfied I am with this pre workout. I would definitely recommend.
Overall Pros:
* Taste great
* Last for 3-4 hours (my personal experience)
* Last me 30 days (take it approx 3-4 x’s a week)
* dissolves easily
* No Jitters

This is a great preworkout that doesn't make me crash so hard afterwards and doesn’t make me bloat. The only issue is that the blue raspberry flavor will stain your mouth A LOT. I had to chug it before a workout and then rinse out my mouth a few times to get the the stains off of my teeth. That being said, the flavor is great. I bought another one but in a different flavor which fixed the staining issue.
