    It is the wrong color. I purchased a yellow laser jet cartridge. The box shows the color as yellow and the cartridge is actually blue. I realize that it's probably an HP issue but no one will help either on amazon or HP.It's a couple days after the return window

    These replacement cartridges were easily inserted in my printer and immediately restore full print quality and resolution. I had waited and waited and waited to replace my old carts, removed them, shook and joggled them and likely used every last bit of toner. I was surprised at how long they lasted after the warning message appeared. I particularly liked the easy "no hassle" spent cartridge return process...save the box and primary packaging...read the instructions...pack 'em up and drop at UPS. I'll buy these again when needed

    We have a newer HP printer (M283) that has a chip in each of the cartridges. That makes it necessary to take the chip out of the used cartridge and put it into the cheap non-HP produced cartridges available on Amazon and elsewhere, if you don't buy an HP cartridge . I tried one, but the chip did not fit into the knock-off requiring additional adjustments, but the chip broke. Many people have reported better success. After further investigation, it seemed prudent to just buy the HP cartridges made for the printer. It appears like a bit of a scam on the part of HP to sell you the printer cheap and then charge you exorbitantly for the cartridges, but this has been done before by others, and it is a marketing strategy that works. So, while these cartridges and the printer are great, you have to pay a lot for the ink. Our use is not very much, so it is okay, but if you print a lot of stuff, then it may be worth considering competitor's products. I purchased all four cartridges at the same time. My opinion is not about any one color, so I am putting the same review for all.
