    Spy Spot hard wire vehicle tracker and kill switch is a GPS tracker that monitors your car's real-time location, speed, and other data insights with the ability to turn your car on/off via the app. Our locator is easily installed behind the dashboard, at any audio shop or auto repair shop. The tracker updates every minute or every hour (depending on your subscription plan) and can be installed at any audio shop or auto repair shop. The kill switch is used to remotely disable the ignition from any location using your phone, computer, or tablet. This hard wire tracker will provide up to a 6-month report history of all events including the miles per hour, ignition on/off, motion detected and stopped, as well as several other events. No contract is required. Choose between our subscription plans: NO Activation Fee. Premium Plan: Starting at $15/month paid annually or $18 for month-to-month payments. Offers: Real-time vehicle tracking with 1-minute updates In-depth data about vehicle movements On/off kill switch that disables or enables your car's engine Excessive speed alerts Coverage across US, CA, MX and PR.     I love this product am able to locate and killed the engine on my truck. Connection the GPS and kill switch is very difficult. It took me about four hours to do some research and look for ignition wire. The technician support was helpful but was still not easy. I tried to get alarm installer to install it but the price to get it installed was pricey. I wished that the hardwired was plug and play. The GPS is off about 50 feet and when vehicle is parked for a few days. The GPS will send text messages saying it out perimeter which that not true. My nephew decided to go for joy ride with my truck and I was receiving texts on engine is on, speeds , with location. I was able to kill the engine immediately. My nephew and friends were stranded. I received call from him 45 minutes later saying that he had emergency and needed the truck he was sorry but now the truck is stalled won’t start. Lol. Now , when I leave I disable it. I love this product. I wish the monthly subscription was cheaper with the same abilities . They do have cheaper plans but are limited to what you can do with the GPS. This is better then any alarm system plus a lot cheaper than vipers alarms. I haven’t seen car alarm that you can kill the engine immediately. This is better than Onstar because You will need a police officer to assist you with Onstar to recover your vehicle. This product you can recover you vehicle without any assistance.

    Almost never shows accurate location of vehicle. App doesn’t do much either. Maybe it works better if you’re always sitting at a desktop but in the real world this thing doesn’t work very well. Never reports geofence breaches. App doesn’t work to report selected activity via SMS. Not even selectable in the app. Doesn’t send activation code to even set the thing up. Payed $150 to have a shop install the hard wired version. Total waste of money due to the lack of support, undeveloped app, and total lack if reporting even when it attempts to update. Terrible product. Terrible app. AVOID AVOID AVOID
