Keila Shaheen is the creator of Zenfulnote and the author of The Shadow Work Journal. She has studied various modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, energy psychology, and creative thinking. Keila is a Certified Sound Therapist and Sound Healer, and certified Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Practitioner. She also holds a certification and teacher training in Dharma Yoga and shows an exceptional understanding of the principles of Yoga Asana and Buddhist philosophy. I really like this shadow book, this is my first time buying one and I believe it has really been helping me with my inner trauma and helping me understand my triggers better. I wish it had a day by day version but the different styles of worksheets is nice. Will be buying different version when I complete this one.

I haven’t gotten too far into this book yet, but so far it has been good. I feel like if you are curious about how your past life, such as your childhood or past relationships, is currently effecting your present life, this is a great place to start. The prompts and explanations are easy to understand. Because they are simple, it allows you to think deeper without getting stuck on the meanings behind bigger words, which I think is very beneficial if you are new to psychology. Overall a good place to start!

This is exactly what is described on TikTok. If you are someone who wants to delve deep into yourself, this is a great journal to use. The quality is great, I received it quickly and it was actually cheaper here than on TikTok.

This Journal is fantastic. It has really jump started my mental health journey and gives you daily prompts to really engage your brain with uncovering past traumas, present traumas and finds ways to really elevate you to your next level-up in life. There have been tears writing some posts but takes some weight off of your shoulders once you write it out completely in here. It's easy to understand, easy to follow and in turn makes it easy to write away your problems and goals. Is this a be all and end all to seeing a therapist? No. Is this a great way to give yourself self-love, acceptance and help improve yourself by 1% daily? Yes.

Normally I find these kinds of things collect dust. The most valuable part of this journal is the final section for ad hoc working on triggers in real time. I've already learnt so much about myself just by completing a few exercises. It's worth the price if you really want some insight and are ready to have an open mind.

The cover is literally so glossy and beauitful, i love the black and white. The pages look amazing and i love the prompts and all of them. I love the reading part too, really gave me some new insight. This book will change me and i cannot wait. Only thing i wish was there was more exercises where we didn’t have to write because i loved those :)
