Worked great for two and a half years then snapped while using . Thank god, was not hurt then found another spot where it was spiting as well. So rule of thumb now replace after two years of hard use . As well do a quick stretch inspection. Look for splits along sides, after each use to be safe. Will be getting another one .

As much as I love the bands, I keep snapping the green ones (top tier in the pack). The other ones hold up really well for me, but my primary use comes from the green-colored level of resistance. I've gotten bruises each time they've snapped, but I honestly haven't found a better product.

I use the purple resistance for supplement exercises (lateral arm rotation, etc.), but use the green for more resistance on row/pull exercises, Palloff, pull-downs, etc. Other brands snapped almost instantly while these last a good 4 months for me.

If you consistently use these, they will snap; however, that's true of all bands. Key here is keeping an eye on it and ordering a replacement ahead of time.

I've had the bands for almost a year. These are not the hollow tube bands that the cheaper resistance bands use. They're solid bands that are pretty sturdy. I use them multiple times a week and I don't see any cracks or signs of weakness.

I had a baby last spring and I’m trying to get back into shape. This, for me, starts with pull-up training! This band has been super helpful with my training and is incredibly durable! I’m 5’8” 135lb and I got the orange band because I have absolutely NO upper body strength! I loop the band around my pull-up bar, sit in the long loop, and…pull up! It’s helped me so much that I’ve been able to move to a band with much less resistance and can do a lot more upper body workouts! I appreciated that the band wasn’t too expensive either, that was the icing on the cake!

I would highly recommend this band for someone wanting to work on their strength training!
