WHEN I CHANGED THE PRINT CARTRIDGES THE PRINTER WILL NOT RECOGNIZE THESE CARTRIDGES - THERE SHOULD BE TWO PROTRUSIONS AT THE END OF THE CARTRIDGE - THERE IS ONLY 1 - BECAUSE OF THIS THE PRINTER WILL NOT RECOGNIZE THAT A NEW CARTRIDGE WAS INSTALLED. THE CARTRIDGE ON THE LEFT CAME WITH THE PRINTER - THE CARTRIDGE ON THE RIGHT IS WHAT I BOUGHT FOR REFILLS. I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU USE THESE AS PRINTER WILL NOT RECOGNIZE THEY ARE INSTALLED

I've been using Canon-brand print cartridges in my iP8720 printer to make art prints, but recently decided to give this brand a try given the positive reviews. So far I've printed 7 full-color art/poster prints and they came out incredible. The price is amazing and I can buy 3 of these sets for the cost of 1 canon set. Will be buying more to keep on-hand in case I run out.

I've have bought two sets of this ink, and they work great in my Cannon MX922 printer.

Note: this is not OEM Canon ink. However this is a high quality ink that works great, and is much more affordable the Canon ink.

I printed out a photo on glossy paper, which came out great.

If you see the text is fading, stop printing immediately and replace your ink.

If you see double characters, it is likely you need to replace the print head. You can get a new OEM print head by calling Canon Parts (for about $100). Search for "ordering Canon Parts". You cannot order them online, but you can order them by calling the Canon Parts number. Also consider buying a printer strip at the same time ($2 more).

After years of using only Canon cartridges, I ordered an off brand one only to have it leak on my desk and floor. Returned and went back to Canon. Price is outrageous compared to alternatives but I’ve never had any problems. Print quality is consistent and excellent. Not willing to take the risk for anything but these.

After years of using nothing but Canon ink in my MX922 printer, I warily took a chance and ordered this set of ink cartridges from WISETA! Was I very pleasantly surprised! Quick shipping for starters, only took a day or two to arrive. Install just as easily as the Canon cartridges. And most importantly, the QUALITY is just as good...at almost half the price! This cartridge is falsely advertised as being compatible with Canon MG7120. IT IS NOT. The size of the cartridge seems to be a good match, but the printer does not recognize the cartridges. I run a business and by the time I was able to reach out to Amazon about this, they told me they wouldn't refund me and that I have to go to the manufacturer directly. I'll try that, but just beware before you buy.
