    I got this vacuum to use for the commercial cleaning that I do. It is extremely sturdy and has some heft to it. Definitely a quality product with great suction. The company had super fast shipping. It is a bit heavy, which I don't mind, but if you need a lighter vacuum, this may not be the one for you. But if weight isn't an issue and you want a quality machine, you can't go wrong with this vacuum.

    Truly an outstanding vacuum. Has great power. Was very surprised, and pleased, with the amount of dirt in the canister after only two uses of cleaning about 1700 sq ft. Cord length, width path, and quiet operation made it very easy to use.

    Have to disagree with those who say it is hard to empty, at least by my experience. Red button on top removes the canister, one push of a button on top of the canister and a ccw twist and the top comes right off. Lots of dirt, but that is what you want. Easy to clean the dust cup filter, which you will want to do often. I just take it outside, make sure I am upwind, and use a 1' disposable paint brush to clean the filter elements.

    Have to put it together, not hard but did have an issue. Two screws attach the handle to the body into plastic predrilled holes. One went in easy, the other was a challenge since the hole had not been opened. It was filled with solid plastic. Rather than deal with the aggravation and box it back up I just took a portable screwdriver drill and drilled a pilot hole, then the screw went in.

    I kept my last Hoover for 25 years before it gave up the ghost. We will see how long this one lasts. That is the true test.

    Overall an excellent value for money. Bought this one since I was sick and tired of dealing with Dust Devil and similar brands that were low suction, clogged easily, and just cheap garbage altogether. This is the first home vacuum I've bought that I feel is actually worth the money.

    Motor is good although I'd like one with a little more oomph - then again I've been using a wet/dry vac in the garage shop and that's spoiled my expectations a little - but is miles ahead of the typical consumer vacs. It doesn't have a built-in outlet cord but did come with an extension, so there's no issue there. I have noticed that when using the corner attachment the hose will seize up (the corner nozzle seems to be just a tad too narrow for this motor) which can make using it a little finicky. Outside of that I have no complaints.

    God how I hate this piece of junk. Started out great, very strong, then it started to blow dust out onto the floor. It clogged in the flexible hose over and over, then after each cleaning it got worse, The container stayed empty,I ended up taking it all apart to find the root of the problem. never found another blockage and the suction seemed weaker. I ran over it with my jeep and threw it in the dumpster. I feel great!

    Purchased this for our church and so far we are very pleased with it. It has great suction and the on board accessories are a bonus for a commercial grade vacuum to get in the nooks and crannies. I wouldn't say its very cumbersome or heavy but its not on the lighter side either. I guess its somewhere in the middle. The cleaning ladies at church are very happy with it so its a win win!

    If I had realized that the cord has the prong end that plugs into the wall and then another end that plugs into the vacuum I would never have bought it. It is constantly coming unplugged from the unit itself. There is a reason that the cord should be hardwired to the vacuum!

    The bolts that hold the handle on never came with the vacuum, it was supposed to have more suction than my Shark (which Sanitaire is a sister company) but doesn't. The brushes work really well but the suction isn't quite what I'd like it to be and the hose does clog up occasionally, the hose should be bigger with more suction. And it isn't because I don't clean it, I clean all of those filter every time I dump it. It works but I don't think I'd spend over 250 on it. I'm thinking 150 would be a better more fair price plus shipping if need be.
