  • $\begingroup$ A decent theoretical start, but all you really need are Silicon, and Phosphorous and Boron (or maybe even Aluminum) as dopants. Silicon seems unavoidable, phosphorous is key to life as we know it. And aluminum is absurdly abundant. $\endgroup$ Commented Nov 26, 2017 at 20:20
