I tried to negotiate staying full-time WFH on the grounds that we have quite a few members of the team who live in different parts of the country and that there's no material benefit to me being in the office. My manager just plain prefers people to be in the office if possible.. I'm not exactly happy about it, but I was able to negotiate down to 2 days a week in the office, so there's that. | |
