I don't really have anything to depend on except my experience growing up on a farm. Most likely distance travelled byin day would be 30+ mi per day avgaverage travel. Don't forget that travel time is reduced by caring for the saddle blanket &horse time: break time means uyou pull the saddle & saddle blanket off the horse. Their backs itch after a long ride. And brush the horse down. Treat uryour horse as uyou would urselftreat yourself!!! UYou don't go on a long hike, and take a break & leave urleaving your backpack on, unless ur a complete moron.
