📖 How to mail merge with Gmail™ and Google Sheets™ ? 📖

► Step 1: Install Mailway Mail Merge add-on for Google Sheets™

Click on the Install button above.

► Step 2: Prepare contact list in Google Sheets™

Prepare your contact list in Google Sheets™. Make sure that the top row contains the column names (which will be used as merge-tags or variables in your email templates).

► Step 3: Launch Mailway Mail Merge add-on

From Google Sheets™ menu, go to Extensions > Mailway Mail Merge > Open Dashboard.

► Step 4: Create an email template

Use the built-in rich text editor to compose an email template. To insert data from spreadsheet, use placeholders corresponding to the column names surrounded double curly braces, e.g. {{First Name}}.

► Step 5: Create a new mail merge campaign

Create a new mail merge campaign using the add-on. Fill up basic details, select the sheet that contains the email list, select the email template, preview the emails before sending and when you're ready, just hit on the Start Campaign button.
