Slow support and broken features

It is now too late for me to go back and ask for a refund (my project is in an advanced state), but I am very disappointed that some features (in particular that of being able to freely order the forms), indicated explicitly and clearly on the website of the plugin (“I Want to Change the Order the Forms Appear in the Grid” paragraph into “How to Use the New Give Donation Form Grid” page), in reality they are absolutely not functional.

Contacting support, with rather slow responses (waiting up to 7 days for a response devoid of useful content), felt like I was talking to someone who had no idea about the topic and features of the plugin. Vague answers and no technical expertise on the plugin: someone very far from the developer team appears to be answering, which is very frustrating.
