reCAPTCHA v3 displayed on all subpages

Hi,
Is there a solution to load reCHAPCHA v3 banner only on pages with contact forms on it?
I tried to load Contact Form 7 js files only on contact page alike mentioned on this tutorial: https://contactform7.com/loading-javascript-and-stylesheet-only-when-it-is-necessary/. But it did not work, the reCHAPCHA banner loads on all pages.

One more here with the same issue. Also tried https://contactform7.com/loading-javascript-and-stylesheet-only-when-it-is-necessary/ with no result.
Any way to at least revert to v2?
