    Have 2 support tickets – I am a paid customer – and have had no response to any ticket in 2 days. If this is priority support i feel sorry for those with basic support.

    Day 3 and still no response…
    update:
    still no responses from support. I even offered them to use my twilio account to resolve issue and nothing.
    Software has so much potential – but HORRIBLE support response kills the potential.
    may want to look at other options. (yes there are some)

    ok but is my experience what qualifies for “priority support”? Lastly the support person instead of working the issue offers a refund. a “I’m done with you response” to a support request.. not cool!

    twilio LINK ticket opened March 31 never resolved
    and
    recurring invoice verification of creation PRIOR to sending issue opened April1 never resolved.

    Have requested refund as offered at this point.

    If your interaction was as you mentioned that would not be quality support in my opinion. I do apologize you had to go through this.

    Again this platform is just for product support and we have very little to do with any premium activity. I understand your request for refund via that platform and do apologize for the inconvenience.
