Only textmode with SmartGrid-Plugin

    Hello Jules,

    thank you very much for your great plugin!

    I am using it together with the CF7 SmartGrid plugin by @aurovrata. But if I have the SmartGrid-Plugin activate the conditions are only visible in text mode. The UI is not working. I am sure that it used to work in the past but I am not sure which update broke the behaviour.

    I think the scripts and styles are not loaded, but I am not able to figure out why.

    Hi Yannick,

    Please check with @aurovrata. It looks like their plugin is intentionally hiding the interface.

    Hi Jules,

    I will check with @aurovrata. There seem to be some more bugs with the SmartGrid Plugin and the newest Version of CF7.

    @jules-colle a recent update on your plugin fails to load the scripts_admin.js file on the Smart Grid form editor causing this issue.

    I have fixed this with a simple code change which ensure it works with/without the Smart Grid enabled. Here is the PR on your latest master branch with my suggested fix.
