1) This is the way the button position was designed in the theme. It shows over thumbnail on hover on a product listing.
2) As I can see on a product page the button shows without any issues so, I’m not sure what CSS you are looking for here.
1. as the image gets behind the product image my customers wont be able to see the add to cart link

2.I need a button to show after add to cart button instead of a link

1) There is an option in plugin settings to to set the button position as “Above Thumbnail”. It will show exactly like on your screenshot. If if doesn’t work, it means that the position is hardcoded in your theme and you will have to ask the theme support for assistance.
2) There is also an option to apply “Custom CSS Class” for a button that allows you to manage the look then to fit your needs. Usually any theme includes styles for the class button, so you can use it too.
1.Product listing Button Settings locations are not working for any options ,,,for all option the add to wishlist link stays in one fixed location
2.also when certain variation products are added to wishlist, in wishlist variation id related messages are shown eg woovr_variation_7453:on for product from ((/product/pampers-active-baby-large-size-diaper-pants-9-14-kg/?attribute_pa_pcs=78-pcs&tiwp=14))
this kind of message is not there for all variable products but some

Both these issues are related to the theme and third party addons that extend the default WooCommerce functionality
