Hi @john1271,
The message comes from Google. It indicates that you do not provide a valid Consent Management Platform (CMP) based on the Transparent Consent Framework (TCF 2.2).
You can enable the consent form provided by Google in your AdSense account. Alternatively, you can try to adjust the settings of your current consent solution to enable TCF consent in it. Or if you already run a TCF integration, delete the old TC string and create a new one. Which consent solution do you use?
Best regards,
Joachim
Thanks for replying Joachim
We used Clickio CMP and i think it is a valid Consent Management Platform (CMP) based on the Transparent Consent Framework (TCF 2.2).
We switced to CMP that google provides at AdSense but nothing changed.
Only vignette ads worked and a few others sometimes.
The earnings dropped close to zero.
We decited to remove AdSense code from site, wait for 24 hours so google can crawl again and cookies renew.
Tomorrow we will try to connect again site with AdSense with the help of your plugin and see how this will work
In your opinion we should use CMP that google provides at AdSense, or something else?
Kindly reply
Thanks and Regards
Hi @john1271,
I just clicked again through your website and the Clickio consent request worked. After I give consent, the auto ads from Google AdSense appear.
Stay with that solution if you are happy with Clickio, and the warning in your AdSense account disappears. Some alternative plugins, like Borlabs Cookie or Complianz, are also worth checking out. The Google consent solution is fine but is served only within AdSense ads. If you run AdSense ads in ad rotations with other ads that require consent but are not delivered via AdSense, the Google consent form may not appear because it requires the AdSense code.
Best regards,
Joachim
