Great support, customisation options and an all-round system

I chose PMPro because their free version had the most features or integrations with other apps, which is a great start already. I also liked the depth of their documentation and descriptions of features and addons. Other solutions (competitors) websites are full of fancy sales copy but don’t really show you the features in action.

After a successful test of the free version, we have paid for the Plus package and are even happier – the support we are getting is awesome, helping us address custom features with ready-made code snippets quickly. The plus version is packed with features and integrations, everything works fine + we have found ways to make it work for everything we need, like f.e. locking down an entire WPForo system and BuddyBoss, premium articles and podcasts.

We’ve been using the system heavily for 3+ months and it’s been live (real members, member section and transactions) for 2+ months. All good, can only recommend 🙂
