Elias (Lou) Manousos

CEO and Founder

Elias is a recognized expert in Internet security and fraud prevention. He has been developing and delivering enterprise protection technologies for more than 15 years. As CEO of RiskIQ, he has spearheaded a new approach that helps Internet, financial services, healthcare, media and consumer packaged goods companies protect their brands from online fraud. Elias is also co-chair of the Online Trust Alliance (OTA) Anti-Malvertising Working Group and is responsible for Malvertisements.com, the first and only public database documenting malvertising incidents on a continuous basis. Prior to RiskIQ, Elias was VP of R&D at Securant Technologies (acquired by RSA), which pioneered identity and access management for web applications. At Securant, he was instrumental in creating now-commonplace technologies for single sign-on (SSO) security.

Chris Kiernan

CTO and Founder

Chris has been designing and building data-intensive, Internet-scale applications for more than 16 years. He is responsible for driving web and mobile security innovations at RiskIQ. Previously, Chris architected the ground-breaking Merchantize™ advertising platform at NewGate Internet (acquired by iCrossing in 2006). He also redesigned the data warehouse infrastructure for online designer fashion retailer Bluefly.com (NASDAQ:BFLY) and was the lead architect at Bigstep, a web hosting and e-commerce content management provider.

David Pon

Founder

David has been developing service provider-scale web applications for more than 15 years. He is responsible for the development and delivery of new innovations at RiskIQ. Previously, David held key application development positions with some of the Internet’s leading employment, digital marketing and hosting platforms including Monster, iCrossing.com and Bigstep.

Jeff Baeth

CFO

Jeff is a veteran financial executive with over 25 years of experience managing private and public high-growth technology companies, overseeing domestic and international business operations, and implementing strategic mergers and acquisitions. Prior to RiskIQ, he played a key role in VeriSign’s growth from a venture-backed startup to a global corporation, through market expansion and acquisition. Jeff also served as CFO for Devicescape, a privately held, venture-backed company that developed the world’s largest Wi-Fi service platform. As CFO at JAJAH, Inc., he managed the company’s acquisition by Telefónica S.A. Jeff began his career at KPMG as an Auditor.

Jason Zann

VP, Head of Platform

 

Jason has more than 20 years of experience in information security management, intelligence and forensics. He is responsible for managing the execution of RiskIQ’s global go-to-market strategy. As a consultant and practitioner, Jason has held senior positions in cyber threat intelligence, financial services data security and penetration testing with iSIGHT Partners, DST Systems, ERUCES, Canaudit, UMB Bank and Q-Networks.

Jonas Edgeworth

VP, Engineering

Jonas has more than 10 years of experience managing large-scale software development projects and teams. He leads all software development initiatives for RiskIQ. Previously, Jonas held senior software management positions at financial services giant Goldman Sachs and web services provider Outlook Technologies, as well as engineering roles at Bigstep.com, Sybase and Verizon.

Brandon Dixon

VP, Product

Brandon has spent his career in information security performing analysis, building tools, and refining processes. As VP of Product, he is responsible for managing the direction of all RiskIQ offerings. Prior to RiskIQ, Brandon was the co-founder of PassiveTotal (acquired by RiskIQ) where he led development and product direction. Throughout the years, Brandon has developed several public tools, most notably PDF X-RAY, and NinjaJobs. His research and development on various security topics have gained him accolades from many major security vendors and peers in the industry.

Jason Harrison

VP, Sales

Jason has a long, successful track record as a sales executive for nearly 20 years. He is responsible for leading and growing the sales function at RiskIQ. Previously, Jason held a number of leadership roles in sales and business development at various security companies. More recently, he served as the VP of Sales at FusionX, through market expansion and acquisition by Accenture.

Jenna Raby

VP/MD, APAC and Canada

Jenna Raby is Vice President and Managing Director, Asia Pacific and Canada, and leads all sales, business development, channel, services and strategies throughout these regions. With over 15 years’ technology sales and business development experience, Jenna is an accomplished veteran of early and growth stage companies in the technology sector. Previously, Jenna was Entrepreneur in Residence at Claremont Creek Venture Capital, focused on technology investments in security, healthcare, media and clean tech.

VP, General Counsel

Clarence is VP & General Counsel at RiskIQ, responsible for RiskIQ’s legal affairs. Previously, Clarence practiced law at global law firms (Weil, Gotshal & Manges; Latham & Watkins; and Skadden Arps), where he specialized in private equity transactions, M&A, capital markets and other corporate matters. He is admitted to practice law in California and New York.

Nick brings over 17 years of information security experience focused on helping organizations enhance their security postures, reduce risk, and manage compliance. Nick currently oversees a team of customer-facing advisors committed to helping organizations stand-up and run successful digital threat management programs. Before RiskIQ, Nick held a variety of management and executive roles at Optiv Security, FishNet Security, and Union Pacific Railroad while advising a variety of organizations on security strategy and operations, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
