Authorities are responding to reports of an explosion in Chelsea on Saturday night.
First responders arrived a 135 W. 23rd St. near Sixth Ave. at about 8:30 p.m., a witness and FDNY spokesman said.

"Everybody started running and screaming," McMillen said.
