Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!

Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

About the job

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead the deployment of an eB2B solution for our Sales Tech unit in AOA markets. Reporting to the Program Manager, you will be responsible for defining, planning, and overseeing the successful execution of the project.

• Project Charter Development: Define the project in a comprehensive project charter to align on scope, timeline, quality, budget, and acceptance criteria with stakeholders.
• Project Planning: Develop and maintain the overall project plan, ensuring it meets business objectives.
• Resource Management: Identify and manage internal and external resource needs. Assign roles and responsibilities, and manage assigned resources effectively.
• Governance and Communication: Establish and manage the governance and communication plan. Ensure adequate communication with all identified stakeholders.
• Day-to-Day Management: Oversee the day-to-day activities of cross-functional project teams to ensure adherence to the project plan.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain strong working relationships with all key stakeholders, including Client Executives, Product Managers, and Resource Allocation Managers.
• Coordination: Coordinate with Client Executives, local IT/IS infrastructure owners, and Product teams.
• Point of Contact: Act as the main point of contact for the Program Manager regarding Zone AOA.
• Project Governance: Apply strong project governance as defined at the program level. Organize monthly zone steering committees (steerco).
• Best Practices Exchange: Exchange best practices between markets and report them to the global program.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of project deliverables by adhering to project management best practices.
• Risk Management: Identify and escalate risks at the zone level and raise topics to the global structure when needed. Resolve project issues promptly.
• KPI Management: Follow up on key performance indicators (KPIs) for the project and consolidate program-level reporting. Manage KPIs per zone (Scorecard).
• Reporting: Produce timely, detailed summaries and high-level reports. Create a zone monthly report by uniting zone market reports.
• Change Management: Manage project changes effectively, controlling change, and adjusting the budget, timeline, and project scope to accommodate approved changes.
• Project Closure: Close the project, ensuring appropriate evaluation with the business partner and leveraging lessons learned.
• Benefit Realization: Track project/program benefit realization based on the business case. Liaise with Finance in Zone AOA and PMOs to explain the global business case.
  
  

About You

• Academic degree or equivalent working experience in Information Technology or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager, particularly in deploying eB2B solutions.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex projects.
• Experience with project governance and KPI management.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in project management software tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
