Job Description
Plant operation management.
Representative of company towards customer visit or business development.
Leads and coordinate between departments to meet daily production target.
Develop action plan according to forecast up and down trend.
Build and apply management systems in the factory.
Advise departments in improving as well as in applying improvement tools.
Develop and manage task and KPIs from HQ, including:
Collect data, analyze and identify opportunities to improve production management processes, warehouse management processes, implement process improvements and coordinate implementation.
Implement factory OEE measurement and improvement.
Manage plant costs and budget usage.
Report to HQ directly
Qualifications
Bachelor degree (or above) in engineering or management.
Have more than 10 years of experience in manufacturing industry, preferably from plastics, precision, mechanical, high-tech manufacturing environments
Ability to plan and work with strategic direction.
Skilled in managing, supervising and working according to the system.
Have good statistical and data analysis skills.
Solid knowledge of ISO9001 quality management system.
Have good verbal and written English communication skills.
As a good team leader and have good teamwork skills.
Able to communicate in English, Chinese is an advantage.
