We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Assistant to support our Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) in driving the company's marketing efforts. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing marketing processes, managing projects, and ensuring seamless collaboration within the marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:


1. Assist the CMO in developing, communicating and executing marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

2. Coordinate and manage marketing projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.

3. Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to the CMO.

4. Collaborate with various teams, including creative, digital, and product marketing, to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective campaign execution.

5. Maintain and update marketing databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

6. Assist in budget management, tracking expenses, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

7. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support data-driven decision-making.

8. Help in creating and maintaining marketing collateral, such as presentations, case studies, and product sheets.

9. Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and share insights with the team.


Required Qualifications:


1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or a similar role.

3. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel).

4. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

6. Detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.

7. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).

8. Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) is a plus.

9. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

10. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a fast-paced work environment.
