For immediate mental health crisis assistance call 650.723.3785 any time, including evenings and weekends. A clinician will be available to speak with you, assess your situation and offer support and/or recommendations for follow-up.

During business hours, you will reach the front desk staff who may refer your call to a clinician or ask you to come into the clinic, whereas after hours a clinician will be available by phone to speak with you about your concerns.

Life Threatening Emergencies

For life threatening emergencies, call for immediate help or go to nearest hospital emergency room. Call 911 (or 9-911 from an on-campus phone).

New TimelyCare option for students!

TimelyCare

TimelyCare is offered as a supplement to the extensive existing in-person and virtual services offered by Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS), Vaden Medical Services, and other Vaden and on-campus resources. This no cost service offers enrolled students residing in the United States virtual medical and mental health care 24/7, 365 days/year and up to 12 scheduled mental health therapy sessions per academic year.
