It was wonderful to spend time in Flint over the past three days! The Flint community is so important to Michigan State University. Our faculty continues to improve the lives of those who call Flint and Genesee County home through their research, teaching and community outreach.

Our faculty and staff residing in the area and our graduates remaining in the region further contribute to this economic strength.
