We are on the lookout for a Technical Operations Manager for our client, an award-winning RegTech and a financial technology start up. The successful candidate will work closely with the Operations Lead, overseeing and actively managing processes to ensure that systems, services and infrastructure work reliably and securely and will be responsible for ISO27001/DORA embedding and ongoing maintenance, including reviews of policies and processes, internal and external audit coordination and support
Requirements:
Experience in a previous Technical Operations role
Experience in Defining and embedding processes and procedures
Proven success in a highly automated and technically savvy environment
Risk and compliance, internal technical audit or security audit background
Experience of SaaS, web-based, cloud solutions
Proven contribution and exceptional delivery in a scale-up environment
Strong project management, prioritisation, multitasking, and decision-making skills
Nice to Have
Good understanding of financial product lifecycles
