Principal Consultant at Venn Group - Local Government Specialist
Venn Group is working with a Local Authority to recruit multiple Programme Managers for a whole-organisation transformation.
As the programme is covering all service areas the client is seeking candidates from a range of skills and specialisms, ideally with local government experience.
These roles are inside of IR35 on a day rate basis, ranging from £550-650 umbrella dependent upon experience and the programme/workstream.
Hybrid working will be required to the offices in the South of England, with 2-3 days onsite per week.
The Programme Managers will be dedicated to either a service-focused or cross-cutting programme, and will be responsible for driving delivery of savings and improvements initiatives.

Corporate Assets and Accommodation
Financial and Commercial management
Digital & Data opportunities
Housing Services
Environmental Services, Waste & Recycling and Fleet
Adults & Children’s Social Care
