Presentation Visualiser, PILOT Team

As a Presentation Visualiser, you will apply your mathematical and logical skills to create impactful presentations. Your role will involve transforming complex information into memorable, clear, and concise visuals. Using PowerPoint skills, logical thinking, and principles from neuroscience to create diagrams, visualisations, and animations that win.

You will collaborate with presenters to understand their message, its significance and then deliver PowerPoint slides that are as memorable and impactful as they are easy to present. Additionally, you will assess requirements and decide when to apply bespoke diagrams or use existing templates to efficiently meet the user demand for this service.

Your ability to combine problem-solving, psychology and a creative mindset will be crucial to enhancing Mercer's presentation capabilities. Your mathematical leaning will enable you to translate data into successful collateral.

We will count on you to:

  • Partner with presenters to understand their complex message and its significance and transform it into a memorable and compelling diagrammatic representation.
  • Ensure that the diagrams and animation effectively convey key messages and support the overall narrative of the presentation.
  • Enhance our presentation capabilities by creating and maintaining a library of reusable templates.
  • Assess requirements and determine when to apply a bespoke diagram, tailored to specific needs, or leverage existing templates to efficiently communicate complex information.
  • Guide Designers in creating fully designed and animated slides aligned with Objective Quality Standards and Mercer Brand Guidelines.
  • Drive the growth and development of a community of Visualizers and Designers by inspiring and influencing them through training.
  • Adapt quickly to changing circumstances and deliver results with agility and efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date with scientific trends and adapt them to match best practices in visualisation techniques, continuously improving the quality and impact of your work.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality visualisations.

What you need to have:

  • Passion for applying science and psychology principles.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and experience in creating diagrams, visualisations and animations.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to translate complex information into clear and concise visuals.
  • Ability to combine a problem-solving and creative mindset.
  • Familiarity with design principles and an understanding of how visuals can enhance the overall message.
  • Demonstrate adherence to quality standards and brand guidelines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver results within a fast-paced environment.
