Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Field Service Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing on-site technical support, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Endress+Hauser products and solutions. Your expertise will ensure our customers' systems are operating efficiently and effectively, contributing to their overall operational success.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, calibrate, maintain, and repair Endress+Hauser instrumentation and automation systems.
  • Perform on-site diagnostics and troubleshooting to resolve technical issues.
  • Provide technical support and training to customers on product usage and best practices.
  • Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed service reports and documentation.
  • Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve service delivery.


Qualifications:

  • Qualifications in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Instrumentation, or a related field.
  • Experience in field service, technical support, or a related role within the process automation industry.
  • Strong knowledge of instrumentation, control systems, and automation technologies.
  • Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites within the assigned region.
  • Valid driver's license.
