“In May 2022, Vickie Thomas transferred to my team as a Recruitment Business Partner and Account Manager for a project that we had won at Global Marine Group / Cwind. Vickie was thrown into the deep end, managing a complex client, who was looking to hire and deploy candidates across wind farms throughout Europe, this arrangement was complex from both a logistical and legal standpoint. Vickie was excellent in the role working day and night to make it a success. The interesting thing about Vickie is she works part-time, however, she can generate outcomes that surpass some of our permanent members of staff literally half the time, and her organisational skills are second to none. After the success of this project, she moved on to Made Tech, another very important project for Opus Talent Solutions and again excelled in this position becoming completely central to the delivery of this account. Vickie does all of this whilst juggling being a parent and endurance athlete, she is an inspiration. Thank you for all the hard work you have completed whilst working in the team Vickie.”
