The event aimed to create a much-needed space for innovation, sharing and networking within Bath University. We brought together 10 inspirational speakers from around the UK and EU, providing them with professional coaching to deliver TED calibre talks. It also featured several performance groups and a diverse range of workshops.

As lead organiser I defined the strategy and spirit of the day, managed workload and deadlines and organised the team to deliver a high quality event. I was responsible for raising and managing the budget, roughly £2.5k, and all key decision-making.

The event sold out three weeks early and has continued to do so annually.
