“I worked with Sarah while she was the Chief People Officer at Foxtons plc and I was the MD of their Financial Services subsidiary, Alexander Hall. I witnessed her first hand implement a well thought through strategy to improve how the Group delivered Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development and HR. She also significantly improved the relationship between the plc Board and the workforce through implementing a number of initiatives including an Employee Engagement Committee. The effectiveness of her work was evidenced by multiple employee engagement surveys which scored well above the national average, with year on year improvement each time. On a personal level I found her to be a bona fide guru of all things HR and I frequently called upon her expertise for guidance. She is also a lovely person too. I miss our chats :)”

Business Psychology is an applied science that investigates how to make people and organisations more effective. It uses social scientific research methods to study people, workplaces and organisations in order to better align their multiple and sometimes competing needs. Its goal is to create healthy and productive relationships between people and organisations for mutual benefit.
Our Mission
"We help members to improve relationships between people and the organisations they create, based on an evidence-based understanding of people’s behaviour. We do this everywhere.” -
