Cost per hire isn't tracked by 89% of care companies in the UK. That frightens me. Not tracking your cost per hire leads me to asking the following questions: 1. How do you know what budget to set for your advertising spend (Indeed etc). 2. Where is money being lost? 3. How can we reduce the cost per hire going forward?
