What are the key features to look for in facility maintenance software for managing multiple locations?
I don't work in this field anymore but as I did for so many years I will share my thoughts. Some considerations: Useability It's never fun trying to navigate around unintuitive software. Smart asset tagging Being able to clearly identify all assets, against reactive and planned maintenance tasks and on a floor plan helps. Intuitive maintenance tracking Being able to easily track maintenance issues, particularly repeated issues, and to also assess them against PPM (planned preventative maintenance) and lifecycle add a lot of value. RAMS (risk assessment and method statement) that can be amended or created, including on a mobile device, to ensure they are fit for purpose for both circumstance and operatives. That's my starter for ten.
